

Tabata Classes in Rugby
HIIT/Tabata stands for High Intensity Interval Training which is a great fat burner but also a fantastic way of increasing your stamina and cardio levels.
We have included variable times exercising and rest (eg: 30sec on 15 sec off) as well as a longer interval cardio burner at the end.
This class as well as all of our classes, are suitable for all fitness levels.
