HIIT Classes in Rugby

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training which is a great fat burner but also a fantastic way of increasing your stamina and cardio levels.

We have included in the first half a 30 mins Ab’s Workout ending with the remaining 30 min’s as HIIT Training.

This class as well as all of our classes, are suitable for all fitness levels.
