Group Personal Training in Rugby

Our Fully Qualified Personal Trainer has set up a ‘Group Personal Training Session’ twice a week.

This is a circuit based class which takes place on the Gym floor. It includes weight, cardio, body weight, resistance and many other forms of training in a 1 hour class.

This class is suitable for all fitness levels as well as all of our classes.
